These terms govern your use of snvhomes.com (the “Site”), operated by SNV Homes Ltd (“SNV”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover your use of the Site only. They are separate from:

  • our property management agreement, which governs the services we provide to property owners; and
  • our guest booking terms, which apply to anyone booking a property we manage.

Where you enter into one of those agreements, its terms apply to that relationship.

3. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else's rights;
  • misuse the Site by introducing malware, or by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract data or content from the Site; or
  • use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it.

4. Our content and intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, branding, logos and design, belongs to SNV or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for any other purpose without our written permission.

5. Information on the Site

The Site is provided for general information about our services. While we try to keep it accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free, and nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial or tax advice. Any prices, availability or service details shown may change. Please do not rely on Site content as the sole basis for a decision, contact us for current information.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
